One builder who gives a damn about the software your business runs on.
I spent the last two years going all in on AI. So the work a firm would quote you three months and a team for, I build alone, in weeks. I rebuild the slow, clunky systems you work around every day. No agency markup. No pitch. Just an honest answer on what's worth building, and the work to back it up.
It started in freight, where I rebuilt a two-day quoting process to get quotes out in under ten hours, on the way to under one. But slow, costly systems are everywhere, and I work with whatever you run: distribution, trades, restaurants, dental, professional services. If your business is sitting on messy data, or two systems that won't talk to each other, that's my whole thing.
Start with a free 15-minute call. No deck. I'll look at your actual systems live and tell you straight whether I'm the right person, and if I'm not, I'll point you to someone who is. You risk 15 minutes, not a project.

A few things I've built
Built them in freight, but slow systems are everywhere.
Interactive dashboards
Live demoLive financial and sales reporting, rebuilt so you can click through it yourself.
Quote Manager
Rebuilt in a weekendA slow, broken quoting tool, rebuilt from scratch to quote in under ten hours.
Atlas
Built soloA closed freight ERP, turned into an open platform: ingestion, a clean API, reporting, and AI access.
Most of these I built and still run at my day job, so the numbers are mine to defend. See the two things I focus on.
FAQ
What does this cost?
It depends on scope, which is exactly what the free 15 minutes is for. I'll look at your actual systems, tell you what it'd take, and give you a straight number before you commit to anything. No hourly meter running in the background.
How fast can you turn something around?
Faster than you'd expect from a firm. I rebuilt a quote system in a freight company over a weekend; a broken process on a Friday can have a working replacement by Monday. Bigger custom apps take longer, but you'll know the timeline up front.
Why should I trust you with this?
Fair question. I've spent eight years inside a real freight company, years of it building the data and reporting it runs on: the SQL behind our quoting and 15 Power BI dashboards. When AI made it practical in 2025, I started building full software, and shipped a data platform, a reporting portal, and a quoting system that are live in production right now. Not demos, not side projects. Real systems with real money moving through them, and the numbers are mine to defend. That's the same work I'd do for you.
You do this alongside a full-time job. Is that a problem?
It's the whole point. You get a senior engineer's quality without paying a senior engineer's salary or a consulting firm's markup. I only take on one or two projects at a time so nothing slips, and the work I build I also run in production at my day job, so the numbers are mine to defend.
What if you're not the right person for the job?
I'll tell you straight on the call, and if I'm not the right fit I'll point you to someone who is. You risk 15 minutes, not a project.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just the free call and an honest look at whatever you're running today, messy data and all. No deck, no prep, no cleaning things up first. The messier it is, the more I can usually help.
Get in touch
If something is broken or quietly costing you money, let's talk. The first 15 minutes are free, and there's no pitch. I only take on one or two projects at a time, so if it sounds like a fit, get on the calendar.
