Freight forwarding and logistics is the proven primary vertical, 8 years inside operations, pricing, and business intelligence, the last stretch of it as a full-time engineer. The pattern (operational data scattered across systems, no in-house data engineering) generalizes well to engineering firms, professional services, and SMB manufacturing. Same playbook, different domain.
Is this right for my business?

Most dashboard projects run $2,000 to $10,000 depending on data complexity, sources, and modeling. Larger platforms and integrations are quoted as a fixed scope after the free call; you approve the number before anything starts, so there's never a surprise bill.
How long does it take to build a custom web application?
Simple internal tools take 2 to 4 weeks. Full platforms with integrations, authentication, and complex workflows typically take 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope.
Can you integrate Power BI with CargoWise?
Yes. I have direct experience extracting and modeling CargoWise data for Power BI reporting, including shipment, financial, and operational datasets via SQL and API connections.
